For more than twenty-three years, James Neville has been providing superior representation of persons accused of crimes in the New York City Metropolitan Area, in addition to various other federal jurisdictions. Mr. Neville, an accomplished trial lawyer, has been in private practice since 1991. Before that, he was a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society, Criminal Defense Division, and with the Federal Defenders Office in the United States Court, Eastern District of New York. Jim has handled cases concerning corporate anti-trust, securities fraud and other white-collar matters, and situations involving racketeering, criminal enterprise, narcotics conspiracies, and other assorted criminal matters. Jim also handles a limited number of civil matters, in both federal and New York State courts. Jim's fluency in Spanish has been a great asset with many of his clients. Jim has a daughter in college, and lives with his wife Tayler in Long Island, New York.
