Biography: Omar Morales graduated from Universidad de Concepción Law School in 1994. Since 1995 worked as a law professor in the same Law School. In 2001 he obtained an LLM from Boston University. He has attended specialized courses in International Taxation (Leiden University, The Netherlands and NYU). He is a correspondent for the Journal of International Taxation (Thomson RIA, NY) and Vat Monitor (IBFD Amsterdam). He joined the law firm Montt y Cia. in 2006.
