Ms. Jimenez has worked closely with Mr. Cortez for more than 16 years as the firm's principal manager, forensic case organizer/coordinator and new lawyer trainer. Ms. Jimenez has amassed more than 25 years of combined unparalleled experience in client relations, case management and navigation within the federal judicial and correctional systems on a national level. She has seamlessly weaved her graduate education and unique and varied work experience into her daily case management and coordination of litigation staff and associate attorneys and colleagues to provide unparalleled, talented and seasoned experience to the firm's cases.

Ms. Jimenez is widely known in the federal legal community for being genuinely amiable, humane and professional and possessed of a keen talent for meticulous attention to detail. Ms. Jimenez's native English-Spanish speaking abilities enhance and enrich the firm's relationship with clients from all of Latin America. She is an invaluable liaison with the courts, U.S. Attorney's Offices, Pretrial Services, Probation office, Bureau of Prisons, and U.S. Marshal's offices. She possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of U.S. Bureau of Prisons policies and realities. Ms. Jimenez also possesses a vast amount of knowledge of rules and procedures followed by federal circuit courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.

As part of Ms. Jimenez's forensic work, she locates and interviews witnesses, conducts investigations, analyzes financial and statistical data and organizes documentary evidence in small and large cases. She drafts selected legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and converts and summarizes discovery into a digital data bank using the best software in the industry — ISYS software.

Ms. Jimenez has also trained many newly minted lawyers, law clerks and new attorneys in Federal Court policies and procedures and experienced attorneys new to private practice. Her willingness to help educate others is always a priority. To her, no question is too small.
